Handmade copper boxes called Reliquary Boxes made from heavy gauge copper on hand run century machines from the late 1800's and early 1900's. They have movable objects in the lids that give a sense of mystery and play. Bee Box is 4"x5"x1.5" with mother of pearl and tiny glass balls roll within the lid creating a mesmerizing effect. Nudie Peep show is 5''x6''x1.5'' and has a recessed dress cut out of this image of Venus. When the box or lid is parallel to the ground the beads fill her dress. When tilted the beads create the reveal. Tattooed Man is 5''x6''x1.5'' and has a recessed outfit cut out of this image of this kookie guy.
